Job Title : Duck Creek Insights QA Lead (Insurance Analytics & Data Testing)Position Overview Lead quality assurance initiatives for enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions built on Duck Creek Insights. This role combines hands-on data validation, SQL and ETL testing, dashboard verification, and QA leadership to ensure accurate, reliable reporting across insurance platforms. Candidates with comparable Guidewire analytics testing experience are also encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do - Lead end-to-end QA activities for Duck Creek Insights, reporting, and analytics projects.
- Define QA strategy, test plans, scenarios, and execution processes.
- Validate data movement across source systems, ETL processes, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
- Perform data reconciliation and verify data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Test reports, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytics solutions.
- Validate executive and operational Power BI dashboards.
- Execute SQL-based backend testing and database validation.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, data engineers, and development teams on reporting requirements.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, and release validation.
- Mentor QA team members while supporting quality governance across multiple projects and releases.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Strong experience in Duck Creek Insights/Data Insights testing or Guidewire DataHub, InfoCenter, Guidewire Analytics, or Guidewire reporting solutions.
- Strong SQL and database testing skills.
- Experience validating ETL processes and data warehouse solutions.
- Experience with defect management and Agile testing methodologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Power BI testing experience.
- Experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, or Duck Creek Data Warehouse.
- Experience with SSRS, Tableau, or other business intelligence reporting tools.
- Experience using Azure DevOps.
