Team Overview
Directors for Chicago, IL location. Oversee and support the design, development, implementation, integration, delivery and technical support of global ERP (IT) system. Collaborate with senior leaders to drive future roadmap for overall strategic and financial objectives. Build, deploy, deliver and implement roadmaps and systems (architecture, integration mapping, business processes), including for multiple complex Billing Solutions. Provide software solutions and strategic leadership to support business needs. Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships to collaborate on operational issues, support, and projects. Assess and establish scope, resources, schedule, and risk mitigation plans. Manage and enforce compliance in accordance with the organizational compliance process and procedures. Identify and manage opportunities to improve and automate work. Select vendors. Supervise team. Provide leadership to individuals on teams through onboarding, training, coaching, feedback, development, goals, and performance management. Technical Environment: Hyperion and Essbase; PeopleSoft, PeopleSoft Finance Modules (GL, AM, OM, Billing, AR, Purchasing, AP), PeopleSoft Tools (PS Query, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine), Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash models across global enterprise, Core Financials (General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable); ERP platform and other eco systems; cloud-based ERP technology; business transactional systems, ERP, Taxation, Invoice stamping, EIPP; business processes; SQL, Oracle Database Concepts, nVision Reporting, and Crystal Reports

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or any Engineering or related field plus 10 years of progressive experience as an Advisor or Manager or in software development/engineering/support required. Required skills: Experience developing strategy and planning of large-scale international system rollouts, and leading delivery, including for complex billing solutions; evaluating & selecting vendors; performing system architecture and integration mapping of business processes with several systems including business transactional systems, ERP, Taxation, Invoice stamping, EIPP; design, configuration and testing of PeopleSoft Finance; experience with Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash (Order Management, Contracts, Products, Pricing and Billing) models across global enterprise; expertise with: Core Financials (General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable); Month-end close business processes and challenges; Technical integration between ERP platform and other eco systems; designing ERP solutions, including cloud-based ERP technology. Some telecommuting permitted. Some travel required.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is Salary: $202,779/yr-$213,283/yr +benefits (www.transunion.com/about-us/careers/life-at-tu annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
