Job DescriptionWHAT WILL YOU DO?- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data engineers, product managers, business stakeholders) to translate requirements into actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and reports.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with RBC's data governance standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years in data science, machine learning, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, statistical knowledge, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an asset.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
