Full Job Description
Overview

The Client Production Lead is pivotal in managing and enhancing the client partnership while overseeing the overall team's success involved in account management, creative, production, operations, and data insights. Your role ensures the delivery of key campaign assets across multiple brands and markets. Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, you will collaborate with multi-regional and onsite teams to fulfill creative production needs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the strategic direction for the brands' production to meet evolving business needs.
  • Client & Agency Partnership: Act as the primary contact for senior global clients, facilitating seamless delivery of production requirements by delineating client and agency responsibilities. Act as liaison for the regional clients and internal Publicis teams.
  • Expectation Management: Exceed client expectations by addressing production challenges and ensuring briefs, timelines, and budgets are consistently met. Work with Global Consumer Brands Sector President and US stakeholders to grow the relationship with clients beyond the BAU scope.
  • Team Management: Lead a diverse team of production professionals, enhancing their engagement with market teams to achieve objectives.
  • Innovative Production Strategies: Implement new production and post-production strategies, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-standard deliveries. Have a Social and Platform 1st mentality to understand where the consumer spends their time most and how content is consumed. Manage project pipelines, drive content reuse, and report key insights on asset adoption and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration among local and virtual teams to ensure timely delivery of content and assets.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with the data insights team to integrate findings into the creative process and provide advisory during the brief stage.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate key relationships within the model, including regional hubs and studios, to ensure smooth project delivery, as well as cross-functional teams in technology, media and creative.
  • Engagement Strategy: Develop engagement plans based on strategic resource allocation and market prioritization.
  • Business Contribution: Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the business by meeting or exceeding client KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Over 10+ years in a client-facing role, ideally within consumer marketing, providing a deep understanding of digital, social and commerce content.
  • Production Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of production roles, functions, capabilities, and equipment, along with a track record of developing cost-effective and time-efficient workflows. Social 1st content production a must.
  • Global Brand Acumen: Proven experience managing productions for complex and/or global brands, handling multiple deliverables across various channels and budgets.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, senior clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading global teams through significant change, with the ability to influence and drive success.
  • Strategic Insight: Prior experience in business planning and forecasting to contribute to strategic business objectives.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently and effectively.

Compensation Range: $149,340 - $196,464 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
