Full Job Description

The Business Analyst is responsible for translating the needs of customers and business partners into functional requirements and technical specifications to apply business needs to technical applications. Define and document internal and external user interfaces, support systems, and data requirements. Support prototyping and testing activities that will validate business requirements and solution definition to minimize risk.

  • Work is a combination of projects and support tickets. Actual tasks must be defined through collaboration and partnership with the customer and employee. Receives only general instructions on new work.

  • Understands company goals and practices and applies them when resolving a variety of problems.

  • Works with business representatives to combine business and technical expertise in the requirements development phase.

  • Ensures that business objectives are translated and documented into functional requirements in such a way that the specifications are detailed, accurate and sufficient to be passed on to the applications development personnel for execution.

  • Uses judgment, creativity and sound technical knowledge to develop and recommend solutions.

  • Assists in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks.

  • Develops test plans and completes testing for unit and system validation.

   

What Do You Need?  

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:  

  • Bachelors degree in technical discipline

  • Analyst I-2+ years relevant experience

  • Analyst II-4+ years relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of system requirements definition processes and standard methodologies for requirements analysis.

  • Ability to support prototyping activities that will validate business requirements and solution definition.

  • Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis.

  • Works directly with team members from business sectors and other IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Experience:  Prior demonstrated success and experience with SAP CPQ  or SAP Sales Cloud strongly preferred. Experience working with SAP CX suite of products: SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP CPQ, SAP CRM, SAP Hybris Commerce, SAP Marketing.  

  • Location: Oklahoma based candidates that can drive to visit the Perry location monthly for teambuilding and collaboration are strongly preferred.

  • Customer Centric:  Prior demonstrated success and experience gathering requirements and specifications for new and existing development projects and issues resolution.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between ​$68200​ - ​$105000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package.
