The role is for a Business Support Manager role, with a focus on driving effective Communications to a range of stakeholders and audiences in support of two Global Risk Management teams led by Peter Franke, Global Risk Analytics (GRA) and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) Executive. The combined organization is a team of over 3000 resources located predominantly in United States, United Kingdom and India and supporting all lines of business across the Enterprise.
The role is part of the wider EIT - GRA Business Operations and Control team who are responsible for driving coherent, efficient Operations and Governance across Enterprise Independent Testing and Global Risk Analytics. The team are responsible for several interrelated functions including financial management, resource management, site strategy, executive routines, communications, and training.
This role will support the business in all aspects of employee readiness including consulting, creating, implementing, and measuring training, as well as writing and distributing communications across EIT and GRA to all audiences from Senior Executives to all EIT-GRA employees. This role consults with senior management to create storyboards and presentation materials for All Hands Calls as well as to define and lead projects that encompass and impact many employees. This role assists with execution of key strategic initiatives and participates in business / strategic planning process within GRA and EIT.
This role requires the ability to listen, engage effectively with EIT and GRA subject matter experts, ask the right questions, write with clarity, multi-task, meet deadlines, and translate complex processes and services into simple language.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or Management disciplines
��� Exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills
• Significant experience with developing written communications for Senior Executives and for large teams
• Strong analytical or critical thinking skills
• Excellent consulting/relationship building skills
• Excellent MS office skills
• Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations for all audience levels (analyst/specialist to executive-level)
• Ability to lead, negotiate and facilitate.
• Strong change management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Works well in a collaborative fast paced environment.
