Full Job Description
The Opportunity

AlphaHire is engaging a small number of experienced business-development professionals who can originate and advance relationships with senior decision-makers.

This is a high-autonomy, performance-based opportunity for someone with an established executive network and a demonstrated ability to create new enterprise business.

You may come from enterprise SaaS, management consulting, professional services, market intelligence, construction, infrastructure, energy, private equity, data and analytics, or strategic partnerships. Your industry specialization will be identified during the application process.

You will not be expected to conduct the underlying workforce research yourself. Your role is to identify qualified opportunities, open executive relationships, understand the business decision at stake, and help advance the opportunity through a signed engagement.

AlphaHire leadership and research specialists will support qualified conversations with intelligence capabilities, executive briefings, approved sales materials, solution design, and proposal development.
What You Will Do
  • Originate new enterprise relationships within your established industry network.
  • Engage CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs, business-unit presidents, operating partners, investment teams, developers, and project executives.
  • Identify projects, investments, expansions, acquisitions, bids, and growth strategies where workforce capacity could affect execution.
  • Lead consultative business-development conversations focused on risk, capacity, growth, and investment outcomes.
  • Qualify the executive decision, business consequence, timeline, stakeholders, and commercial path.
  • Position AlphaHire as a workforce-intelligence and execution-risk partner.
  • Coordinate with AlphaHire leadership and research specialists on executive briefings, demonstrations, proposals, and commercial strategy.
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and activity records.
  • Advance qualified opportunities through the enterprise buying process.
  • Help negotiate and close new AlphaHire Intelligence engagements.
  • Represent AlphaHire accurately and professionally using approved positioning and materials.

Requirements
  • A demonstrated record of personally originating new B2B or enterprise revenue.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to senior executives or investment professionals.
  • Existing relationships within at least one relevant AlphaHire market.
  • Executive presence and the ability to lead credible, commercially focused conversations.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes.
  • The ability to translate a business challenge into an intelligence or decision-support opportunity.
  • Strong follow-through, pipeline discipline, and personal accountability.
  • Comfort working independently without relying on inbound leads, a large SDR organization, or extensive daily supervision.
  • Willingness to operate within approved positioning, confidentiality, account-registration, and CRM requirements.
  • Acceptance of a commission-only independent-contractor compensation structure.

Experience selling data, analytics, research, advisory services, market intelligence, enterprise software, due diligence, risk analysis, or other executive decision-support solutions is particularly relevant.

Benefits
Who Should Apply

This opportunity may be a strong fit if you are:
  • An enterprise Account Executive with experience selling complex SaaS, data, analytics, or intelligence products.
  • A consulting Partner, Principal, Managing Director, or Client Partner who has personally originated client engagements.
  • A professional-services Business Development Director with an established executive network.
  • A construction, infrastructure, energy, or mission-critical commercial leader with trusted industry relationships.
  • A private equity, investment, or advisory professional experienced in developing executive relationships.
  • A strategic partnerships leader who has converted relationships into direct revenue.

We are interested in what you have personally sold, who you can credibly engage, and how you create business-not simply the companies or titles previously listed on your résumé.
