BUSINESS APPLICATIONS ASSOCIATE - EQUITY | REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGY
I'm working on a search for a Business Applications Associate - Equity with an institutional real estate organization.
This role is focused on equity asset management technology, business applications, data, and system implementations - not simply application support.
Key responsibilities:
• Own and support equity-related business applications
• Help evaluate and implement a new Equity Asset Management platform
• Translate business workflows into system requirements
• Support UAT, data validation, reporting, and rollouts
• Work with financial/operational data, reconciliation, and data extraction
• Partner with business users, vendors, and technical teams
Ideal background:
• 2+ years in a Business Analyst, Systems, or Technology role within real estate
• Direct exposure to equity workflows such as budgeting, actuals, reporting, or asset surveillance
• Hands-on experience with Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Entrata, Chatham, Argus, or similar CRE platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL, data validation, and reconciliation
• Experience owning or driving a system implementation or major enhancement
• Strong business-facing communication and stakeholder management
• Institutional real estate experience preferred
