Director of IT | Manufacturing / Aerospace | Los Angeles Area
I'm currently working on a Director of IT search for a growing manufacturing organization in the aerospace space.
This is a true build-and-transform opportunity for an IT leader who can be both strategic and hands-on. The company has technology resources in place today but is looking for someone to take ownership of the IT strategy, roadmap, priorities, and execution.
The role will focus on:
• Building and executing an IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Modernizing infrastructure, applications, data, and business systems
• Improving the data warehouse, reporting, analytics, and automation
• Strengthening cybersecurity and technology controls
• Evaluating and managing vendors and consultants
• Driving efficiency, ROI, and operational improvements
• Building out the IT organization over time
Ideal background:
• Manufacturing IT experience required; aerospace strongly preferred
• Strong IT strategy and transformation experience
• Comfortable across infrastructure, applications, data, and cybersecurity
• Hands-on leadership style with strong business acumen
• Experience building teams and managing technology partners
