FINANCE SYSTEMS MANAGER | ADVANCED ENERGY / TECHNOLOGY
I'm working with a high-growth advanced energy company looking for a Finance Systems Manager to own and scale the systems supporting its financial operations.
This is a highly collaborative role working across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and IT, serving as the key bridge between business needs and technology solutions.
What you'll do:
• Own and optimize ERP, WMS, MES, FP&A, and financial systems
• Partner with Finance and Accounting to improve processes, reporting, and close activities
• Lead system integrations across ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, and data platforms
• Manage data workflows, reporting, and financial system infrastructure
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, automation, and process improvements
• Ensure data integrity, security, controls, and audit readiness
• Manage vendors and support technology evaluations and implementations
Ideal background:
• 5+ years in finance systems, ERP administration, or financial technology
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes
• SQL and experience with financial data/integrations
• Experience with APIs, ETL, middleware, or enterprise integrations
• Manufacturing or regulated-environment experience is a plus
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
