We are currently seeking a Business Analyst / QA Lead - Remote Canada Position

Position Summary
Seeking a senior Business Analyst / QA Lead with experience in requirements analysis, system integrations, interoperability, API testing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will bridge business, technology, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery of highly integrated solutions across applications, APIs, and data exchange platforms.

Day to Day job Duties:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Lead requirements workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Define source-to-target mappings, data mappings, transformation rules, and integration requirements.
  • Develop business process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Validate interoperability requirements between applications, platforms, vendors, and third-party systems.
  • Create and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Lead functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing activities.
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, and REST/SOAP services.
  • Validate flat file interfaces, batch processing, file transformations, and end-to-end data flows.
  • Conduct data reconciliation, data validation, and defect management activities.
  • Ensure full requirements traceability from business requirements through testing and production deployment.
  • Collaborate with development, integration, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables.


Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Lead.
  • 5+ years experience with enterprise application integrations and interoperability frameworks.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with API testing (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • 5+ years experience working with flat file interfaces, EDI, CSV, XML, and data exchange processes.
  • 5+ years of experience data mapping, source-to-target mapping, and data validation.
  • 5+ years experience in integration testing and end-to-end testing across multiple systems.
  • 5+ years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.


Preferred Skills
  • Healthcare, insurance, financial services, or contact center integration experience.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SQL and database validation experience.
  • Experience testing integrations involving cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), middleware, or APIs.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ISTQB, or Scrum certifications are preferred.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $105,094 to $186,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered is temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation. This position is eligible for the Company's comprehensive benefits program in Canada, including customizable health and dental coverage with telemedicine, wellness credits, and gym discounts.
