Job Location: Malvern, PA / Charlotte, NC Job Description - Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Strategy
- Design and implement scalable Marketo architecture aligned with business goals.
- Develop integration strategies with CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), CMS (AEM), and other Martech platforms.
- Establish data governance, lead scoring, and revenue cycle models.
- Campaign Management & Execution
- Build and manage campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and forms in Marketo.
- Oversee A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with email deliverability and data privacy standards.
- Technical Leadership & Optimization
- Customize Marketo using APIs, custom objects, and advanced configurations.
- Conduct audits and performance reviews to optimize system efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to marketing and sales teams.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign performance.
- Analyze data to improve lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
Experience: - 9+ years in marketing automation, with at least 3+ years in Marketo architecture and leadership roles.
- Expertise in Marketo configuration, API integrations, and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and nurturing.
- Proficiency in data governance and marketing analytics.
Certifications: - Marketo Certified Solutions Architect or Expert preferred.
Preferred Skills - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
