The OpportunityIntralinks is looking for a motivated
Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Chicago. This role is essential to identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, helping drive sales growth in an exciting and fast-paced environment. You'll have the chance to work with an experienced sales team and promote Intralinks across diverse industries.

What You'll Do- Prospect Daily: Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and cold calling to generate new business.
- Achieve KPIs: Meet and exceed monthly targets for opportunity creation and sales activity.
- Qualify Leads: Identify client needs, engage with prospects, and transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive.
- Maintain CRM: Document outreach activities in Salesforce, ensuring a well-managed pipeline and accurate reporting.
- Promote Intralinks: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Intralinks' value proposition to corporate, legal, finance and banking professionals.
- Understand Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of key personas, pain points, and business challenges to tailor your outreach.
- Learn Intralinks' Offerings: Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
What You'll Bring- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of success in a prospecting, lead generation sales, full-cycle sales role.
- Prospecting Skills: Strong ability to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Team-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for achieving team goals.
- Drive & Motivation: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay organized and follow up effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
- Additional Assets: Advanced Excel skills are a plus, but not required.

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
Illinois: The expected base salary for the position is between $85,000 USD to $100,000 plus uncapped commissions USD.
In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
