HR Managers oversee the performance and productivity of HR staff members, so the responsibilities of this position are extremely demanding. HR management encompasses all oversight of employees’ experience, including admin, salaries, safety, tools, training, coaching, supporting, advising, hiring, firing, talent management, company culture and legal. In many cases, the recruitment process is also a central element of responsibility in HR management. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and HR experience.
