Careers in HR Compensation & Benefits

Within Human Resources, compensation and benefits experts conduct administrative tasks concerning all aspects of employee compensation and company benefits. They are involved in devising (at managerial level), and executing (at lower levels), salary, bonus and incentive schemes, including life assurance, medical insurance, bonuses and more. These HR professionals are often seen by employees as the people who make sure everybody knows their options and get whatever monies they should. Qualifications include robust financial skills and at least at bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or other related field.
