HR Business Partners are Human Resources professionals who work with senior leadership, with the goal of developing HR strategies that work in unison with the goals of the business. While HR itself is a dedicated department with set agendas, the HR business partner will spend most of her time with the C-suite. For a company to set organizational strategies with an HR professional contributing at each stage is increasingly seen as an optimized form of leadership. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and HR experience.
