Summary

You will serve as a WORK INTEGRATION MANAGER in the Work Integration Branch, Ocean Engineering Department (Code 120), of PSNS and IMF.

Duties

Help

  • You will oversee integration of all non-shipyard work for inclusion in project schedules.
  • You will oversee integration of all non-shipyard production, planning, and test phases of overhaul or availability into the schedule.
  • You will conduct ongoing risk assessments and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  • You will coordinate schedules with other maintenance providers to maintain project schedule.
  • You will develop strategies for tracking WAF's and WAF closure for all non-shipyard work.
  • You will mitigate day-to-day issues between contractors and the Shipyard or other maintenance providers.
  • You will be responsible for the supervision and oversight of various personnel.


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating work authorizations to ensure trade production projects are completed timely and comply with contract requirements.
