What You'll DoResponsibilities include:
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution to deliver strategic, operational, and technical initiatives on time and within scope
- Define business requirements and develop clear project plans, timelines, and success metrics
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Clinical, and external partners to align on goals and deliverables
- Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow-through to project execution, communication, and documentation
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively adjust plans to keep projects on track and aligned to business goals
- Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership, including project status, risks, and performance insights
- Identify and implement better ways to improve processes, standardize workflows, and strengthen project delivery across the organization
- Support new business initiatives, product launches, and process improvements that enhance patient and provider experiences
What We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you bring:
- Deep care about the human impact of your work, especially in healthcare or patient-centered environments
- 4+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, with healthcare experience preferred [Project Ma...r - LUX JD | Word]
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar) [Project Ma...r - LUX JD | Word]
- Clear communication and effective collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes and delivery
- Ability to think critically, manage complexity, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Comfort using project management tools and developing documentation, plans, and reporting artifacts
- A desire to be part of a team that values empathy and high standards

Pay Range/Rate
$100,000-$110,000 USD
