JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description: Senior Associate, Digital Product – Becoming a Client

JPMorgan Private Bank | Digital Team

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Associate to join the Private Bank's Digital team, focused on transforming and unifying the Becoming a Client (BAC) experience. This role sits at the intersection of client experience, advisor workflows, and operations — and you'll be responsible for driving a cohesive onboarding journey that works seamlessly for all three audiences.

You'll partner closely with product, design, engineering, operations, and advisor teams to identify friction points, streamline processes, and deliver digital solutions that make onboarding faster, more intuitive, and more consistent across channels.

What You'll Do
  • Support the development of the BAC product experience — help define and drive the roadmap for unifying the onboarding journey across advisors, clients, and operations partners
  • Map end-to-end workflows across all stakeholder groups to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for simplification
  • Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver scalable digital solutions
  • Champion the advisor and client perspective — leverage your understanding of the advisory team experience to ensure solutions are grounded in real workflows
  • Leverage AI and emerging technology to reimagine onboarding — from intelligent document processing to personalized client journeys and advisor-facing copilots
  • Develop requirements in an AI-first way — build rapid prototypes using AI tools to validate concepts, communicate intent to engineering partners, and accelerate the path from idea to production-ready solution
  • Define success metrics and use data to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and experience quality
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and operations leadership
  • Create clear product artifacts — requirements documents, user stories, journey maps, wireframe briefs, and roadmap presentations
What We're Looking For
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or a related discipline within financial services
  • Strong AI curiosity and applied interest — you actively explore how AI/ML, LLMs, and automation can improve workflows and client experiences; you don't just follow the conversation, you push it forward
  • Demonstrated ability to work across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — comfortable with both data and storytelling
  • Experience translating ambiguous problems into structured plans and actionable deliverables
  • Familiarity with onboarding, KYC/AML, or account-opening processes in wealth management or banking
Preferred
  • Previous experience as a member of a Private Bank advisory team (advisor, analyst, associate, or similar client-facing role) — firsthand understanding of the advisor-client relationship and day-to-day workflows is a significant differentiator
  • Experience with design thinking, journey mapping, or UX research methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI prototyping) beyond casual use
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments
