Job Description

We are currently seeking a senior product manager to join our safety systems offering management team to lead and direct a global offering portfolio. You will work closely at all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes. Although an engineering degree is not required, the Senior Offering Management Specialist must be comfortable managing a technically complex product line. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are eager to help us drive a high level of growth and success in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ECN Process/Datasheets/website updates of Enterprise panels and system sensors
  • Assisting with go-to-market planning, preparing sales/marketing materials, coordinating launch activities, and monitoring early product performance after release
  • Latest Estimate Revenue updates and reporting for all global say do NPI projects, engage with regional OMs to update and understand causation in market impacting performance
  • Manage Conventional detector/module portfolio globally
  • Manage obsolescence and lifecycle of Onyx and related portfolio of products
  • Manage Phase Out process/collaborate with portfolio OM to run phase out tool in SAP/close out open orders/Write ECNs
  • Website support for System Sensor and Enterprise (customer facing, ESD facing) with up-to-date manuals, datasheets, etc. and manage feed to SED websites
  • Own material extension/creation process for all the brands assigned Material SKU reservation in SAP
  • Manage market research/competitive research for all SMB brands, creating standardized materials for cross-functional leadership use (Sales/Channel Marketing/Training/Tech Support translating customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and documentation.
  • Setting priority of engineering projects execution through Agile Release Train for nominated portfolio
  • Manage O&M activities with cross-functional contributors
  • Marketing forecast for demand planning/sourcing/ISC
  • Setting priority of engineering projects execution through Agile Release Train for nominated portfolio
  • Facilitate market adoption of NPI products & manage subsequent portfolio consolidation

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, hi-tech innovative product(s) or relevant marketing roles
  • 3+ years' experience with software (cloud/ SaaS) enabled outcome-based solution
