About the role

You'll own revenue. Transform9 has strong product pull in a market urgently looking for relief from phone overload - your job is to turn that into a repeatable, scalable enterprise sales machine. You'll hire the AEs and SDR manager on this careers page, define how we sell, and carry the number to the board.
What you'll do
  • Own the new ARR target and the strategy to hit it
  • Build the sales org from the ground up - you'll hire the founding AE team and SDR manager
  • Define segmentation, territories, and compensation plans
  • Coach enterprise deals personally and maintain rigorous forecast discipline to the board
  • Partner with marketing on pipeline and with client success on land-and-expand
  • Represent Transform9 with key prospects and at industry events (MGMA, HIMSS, specialty conferences)
Location

Remote (US). If you're in the Birmingham, AL area, this role is hybrid from our office (3 days in office / 2 remote). Travel: approximately 25-40% (client executive meetings, conferences).

Requirements
  • 10+ years in sales with 5+ years leading B2B SaaS sales organizations
  • Built a sales team from early stage - you've done 01 or 110, not just maintained a machine
  • Rigorous forecasting and pipeline methodology
  • Player-coach who still loves being in deals
Nice to have
  • Experience selling into healthcare providers (practices, groups, health systems)
  • Experience selling AI or automation products
