How you'll make an impact in this role- Understanding of complex contractual arrangements with multiple service level requirements, deliverables, and obligations.
- Contracting experience with ability to manage contractual items such as drafting new agreements and modifying existing contractual paper
- Lead strategic relationships with senior leadership and key Managed Services Providers (MSPs) to elevate healthcare service delivery across geographically dispersed teams.
- Drive end-to-end supplier management-overseeing relationship, performance, financial, contract, and risk domains-to ensure vendor obligations directly support operational excellence.
- Enhance and scale supplier management programs by introducing industry best practices that continuously improve third-party performance and accountability.
- Proactively resolve vendor issues using robust tracking and remediation strategies to safeguard quality standards and prevent operational friction.
- Manage complex, multi-million-dollar outsourcing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring vendors meet contractual commitments while keeping team goals on schedule.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 5-7 years of proven MSP Vendor Management Expertise: Extensive track record leading formal vendor management processes and managing outsourced Managed Services Provider (MSP) relationships.
- Full-Lifecycle Vendor Governance Experience: Demonstrated mastery across all primary vendor management pillars, specifically Relationship, Performance, Financial, Contract, and Risk Management.
- Excellent business judgment and consensus building skills.
