Responsibilities
  • Define, scope, and manage the AI projects and ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope. Build detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams which work on AI projects, ensuring synergy through coordinated timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve blockers and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly. Facilitate meetings and reviews to drive decision making and alignment.
  • Introduce best practices for reprehensibility, data/model versioning, experimentation tracking, and agile methodology in a dynamic environment.
