- 8 years of experience programming in C .
- 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Experience with production systems and storage systems.
- Experience with distributed processing.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience working with streaming products in FlumeC .
- Experience with large-scale data processing.
- Experience with Bigtable, Colossus, Spanner, or Pubsub.

Responsibilities - Act as a Tech Lead Manager (TLM) for a sub-team of approximately 6 software engineers, managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Shape the long-term technical goal and architectural strategy for our core data processing stack, with the flexibility to drive both infrastructure and product-focused initiatives.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams-including Product Management, Program Management, and Privacy working groups-to translate complex requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
- Design, develop, and evolve our high-scale, foundational data processing infrastructure to support next-generation features.
