Qualifications

  • ISM - CPSM certification to be completed within 12 months of hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned supply chain workload, including new contract negotiations.
  • Lead and manage categories of active master agreements.
  • Conduct industry research to support supply chain initiatives.
  • Manage assets effectively through procurement and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with supply chain processes.

Full Job Description
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing assigned supply chain management workload which may include negotiating new contracts, managing categories of active master agreements, leading individual supply chain managements, managing assets, and or conducting industry research.

Education and Experience:
  • Preference for Bachelors degree in supply chain management or financial related education.
  • ISM - CPSM within 12 months of entry into role
  • 3-5 years in supply chain management, contracting, supply chain management. (preference for large-scale commercial construction experience).
  • Solid background in business management, financial management, supply chain management, vendor management, or asset management.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management, sourcing, contract management, and inventory management software in addition to MS Office products, PDF software, and generic accounting systems.
  • Electrical and mechanical buying experience preferred

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Regular work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
  • This position will commute locally to an office or project site with occasional regional travel.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders, and walk on uneven ground.


Salary Range: $73,905-98,000
