Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Engineering Change Analyst.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:The SCM Engineering Change Analyst supports the execution and coordination of engineering change management processes that impact procurement, planning, inventory, manufacturing, and supplier operations. This role supports the accurate implementation of engineering changes within enterprise systems and business processes while maintaining data integrity, material availability, and production continuity. This position works closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support change implementation and resolve change-related issues.
Job Responsibilities• Support the implementation of engineering changes across supply chain functions
• Review engineering change requests and document impacts on materials, inventory, production orders, and suppliers for evaluation
• Support coordination of engineering change activities with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Operations, and Manufacturing teams
• Process and maintain engineering change information within ERP and related business systems
• Ensure master data and system records accurately reflect approved engineering changes
• Monitor engineering change status and follow up on open actions to ensure timely completion
• Identify discrepancies related to bills of material, inventory, and engineering change documentation
• Assist in evaluating inventory impacts and support efforts to minimize obsolete and excess inventory
• Support supplier communication related to engineering changes and material revisions
• Generate reports and provide engineering change data analysis to support operational and business decisions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering change management and data accuracy
• Analyze inventory impacts related to engineering changes and support actions to minimize obsolete and excess inventory
• Coordinate supplier notifications and material revision updates related to approved engineering changes
• Maintain engineering change documentation, records, and status updates to ensure compliance with established procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Basic (Requried) Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering change management, planning, inventory control, or related operations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now and in the future
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility listed will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
Technical knowledge - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Understanding of engineering change management processes
- Experience with ERP systems and master data maintenance
- Knowledge of bills of material, inventory management, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze data and identify operational issues and process improvement opportunities
