Qualifications

• 7-12 years in a Supply Chain/Ops role, with 5+ years as a Kinaxis SME or in Technical Support.
• In-depth knowledge of Kinaxis, focusing on Supply Planning functionality.
• Advanced understanding of planning parameters and their effects on planning models.
• Experience in supply planning with inventory that has expiration dates.
• Proven skills in user training and documentation creation.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Experience in training and developing managers and SMEs within a Center of Excellence framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support by troubleshooting user issues and resolving data errors.
• Assist with maintenance activities, testing, and documentation for system enhancements.
• Gather business needs to create BRDs and process flows for operational improvements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of new functionalities.
• Train end users on new system features and standard processes.
• Support data accuracy and master-data management across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and system usage.
• Create and maintain training materials and user guides for consistent practices.
• Monitor system performance, identifying opportunities for improvements and automation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and dashboards.
