Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 (based on experience)

We're seeking a Project Manager - Substation to lead the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of substation design projects. This role blends technical leadership, client collaboration, and project management to drive high-quality results across multidisciplinary teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring deliverables meet internal and client standards.
- Coordinate across disciplines to maintain alignment on goals, deadlines, and design criteria.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients - ensuring timely, clear, and consistent communication.
- Support proposal development, including scope, design criteria, and schedule input.
- Lead project documentation efforts, maintaining organized and accurate project records.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring project documentation reflects current status.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field required.
- Proven experience managing substation or related engineering projects from design through delivery.
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other drafting or project tools.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software such as AJERA and Monday.com.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
