Capgemini is seeking an experienced Sr. Stibo STEP Developer to support enterprise Product Master Data implementations using Stibo STEP. The role focuses on designing, configuring, developing, and deploying scalable MDM solutions supporting product onboarding, maintenance, retirement, governance, integrations, and data quality.
Your Role:
The Sr. Stibo STEP Developer will design and implement Stibo STEP configurations and customizations, collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure STEP data models, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, references, and LOVs.
- Develop workflows for product creation, maintenance, approval, and retirement.
- Configure business rules, validations, notifications, and data quality controls.
- Build integrations using STEP APIs, REST services, XML, STEPXML, and Boomi.
- Support data migration, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and data loads.
- Configure roles, security, and access controls.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Technical Skills
- 7+ years of MDM experience with 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development.
- Expertise in STEP data modeling, workflows, business rules, security, and governance.
- Experience with JavaScript development within STEP.
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, STEPXML, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Boomi, JDE, SAP, Specright , Snowflake, and related platforms preferred.
- Experience with product master data governance and data quality management.
- Agile delivery experience and strong communication skills.
Education Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Relevant Stibo STEP certifications are preferred .
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,000 TO 187,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
