About the job you're considering:
Stibo STEP MDM Solution & Delivery Architect with experience leading end-to-end MDM implementations, including solution architecture, data modeling, SKU migration, Boomi integrations, data migration, QA testing, and change management. Skilled in aligning STEP implementations with business objectives , reducing delivery risks, and collaborating across business and technical teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.
Your Role :
- Requires e xtensive experience (7 - 12 years) successfully delivering Stibo Product and other domains of MDM solutions. Other additional vendor MDM solutions is a plus.
- Proven background working across business and technology teams, translating business requirements into enforceable data standards and architectural patterns.
- Knowledge of Product MDM architecture patterns, w orkflow s and business rule configuration
- Must have demonstrated strong communication skills with executives.
- A solid understanding and demonstrable experience in manufacturing and retail is a plus
- Must be able to talk to business stakeholders in business context without technology.
- Must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving.
- The role must u n derstand both business and technical sides of Product data governance, including data quality and stewardship, migration architecture , reconciliation and validation, golden record design, and master data lifecycle management.
Technical & Platform Skills
- Significant experience ( 7 - 12 years) in the design and development of Stibo STEP MDM product and other domain data solutions .
- Must be able to design and govern complex integration and oversee Boomi architecture.
- Integration success requires knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA , Salsify, PLMs (Centric & Team center), IBP, GS1, and downstream consum ing systems.
- Additional key technical integration competencies are: SAP master data integration ; API, event driven and batch ; source to target mapping; error handling and observability ; and c ross- platform enterprise architecture.

Education
• Minimum Degree: Bachelor of Arts or Science
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$91,000 to $224,000.
