Senior Manager (Project Manager) (full-time; multiple openings) needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to manage the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of customized business systems software applications across multiple projects. Plan and oversee project execution throughout the full project life cycle, including scope, timelines, and deliverables. Direct and coordinate daily operations of onshore and offshore teams by assigning work, setting priorities, and monitoring performance. Establish service level agreements, quality standards, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and compliant project outcomes. Maintain ongoing client communications and prepare status reports for stakeholders and senior management. Collaborate with senior leadership on risk management, budgeting, and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Specification
Must have a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering(any), Math, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, plus three (3) years of software development, consulting, or business analysis experience in IT field. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering(any), Math, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, plus six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate software development, consulting or business analysis experience in IT field. Must one (1) year of IT project management work experience using one of the following skill sets:
SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan); SAP CMR, SAP S/4HANA BRIM, and SAP S/4HANA Fiori; OR Oracle, WebLogic, and problem management with issue resolution and root cause analysis.
All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required based on business needs. International travel not required. Travel not to exceed 5% / year for meetings and to complete assigned projects of varying lengths. Telecommuting may be permitted as needed.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $202,779.00 - $230,790.00.
