- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience in large-scale software design, system architecture, and technical leadership.
- 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role guiding engineering teams and defining technical roadmaps.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
In this role, you will design and build abuse fighting technology, running systems that scale together with Google's flagship products. You will navigate complex global regulatory landscapes, balance technical trade-offs, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver defensive infrastructure that makes a profound, positive impact on society.
You will be an Engineering leader, driving technical architectures and roadmaps, and mentoring Engineering team members.

Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership on projects.
