Job Description:

We're looking for a Staff Scrum Master to play a key role in driving Agile delivery within TJX's IT Asset Management (ITAM) organization, helping shape solutions that enhance asset visibility, operational control, compliance, and efficiency across a global business. In this highly collaborative role, you'll empower a high-performing team, remove obstacles, and partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Asset Management, and leadership to deliver impactful business outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to influence process improvements, support ServiceNow ITAM capabilities, and ensure initiatives are aligned with business value, governance, and audit readiness. What You'll Do:

Planning & Prioritisation
  • Partners with the Process Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog in line with roadmap objectives and business value
  • Supports capacity and demand planning across strategic initiatives, operational support, and compliance-driven work
  • Facilitates planning activities to help the team commit to realistic, value-based delivery goals
  • Co-ordinate planned delivery of work with external vendors


Governance & Controls
  • Escalates material risks, issues, and decisions requiring leadership support


Delivery & Execution
  • Facilitates Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Supports planning and coordination of releases and deployments impacting ServiceNow ITAM processes, workflows, integrations, and reporting
  • Supports accurate tracking of teamwork, sprint data, and delivery reporting
  • Provides flow board and Kanban management within ServiceNow or JIRA for ITAM delivery teams


Stakeholder & Team Coordination
  • Coordinates with other teams as necessary, including CMDB, Service Management, Discovery, Procurement, Finance, and End User Services
  • Maintains clear communication with stakeholders on priorities, progress, and delivery impacts
  • Coordinates with teams and vendors to support smooth handoffs, readiness, and execution across ITAM workstreams


About You:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Analysts supporting dedicated Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • Experience applying Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver process and platform improvements
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow, ideally supporting IT Asset Management or related platform capabilities
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to improve team efficiency, and operational outcomes
  • Hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum or SAFe events such as Sprint, Release, and Program Increment Planning
