About the Role

The Strategic Process Architect designs and optimizes end-to-end business processes to enable scalable, efficient, and AI-ready operations. This role bridges strategy and execution by translating business objectives into streamlined workflows, intelligent automation opportunities, and measurable outcomes-while maintaining the right level of abstraction to drive clarity without getting lost in the weeds.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and map current-state processes across functions and systems, tailoring the **level of detail** to the audience and objective (from high-level value streams to task-level workflows)

Define and standardize **process taxonomy, hierarchies, and naming conventions** to create consistency and reusability across the organization

Apply Business Process Management (BPM) principles and frameworks to ensure processes are structured, measurable, and scalable

Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation

Design future-state processes aligned to business strategy, operating models, and growth goals

Stay elevated above execution details while knowing when to dive deeper to unblock teams or resolve ambiguity

Partner with business and technology teams to implement solutions and drive adoption

Define process metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement mechanisms

Processes are documented at the right level of detail; clear, usable, and actionable without unnecessary complexity

A consistent process architecture and taxonomy enables scale across teams and use cases

Reduced cycle times and operational costs

Increased scalability, transparency, and cross-functional alignment
