  • Serve as the senior-most interface between business/product leadership and engineering directors on the organization's most complex, highest-risk commitments, translating contracts, growth targets, and customer deployments into engineering capacity plans and surfacing tradeoffs at the leadership level before they become misses.
  • Design, implement, and own the dashboards, cadences, KPIs, and reporting frameworks used to brief the CTO and senior leadership on portfolio health across the full engineering organization. Use data and pattern-recognition across programs to shape strategic decisions and organizational design.

  • Demonstrated ability to own the largest, most complex programs in the organization — spanning multiple engineering disciplines, sites, and time zones — with competing priorities and significant ambiguity.
  • Strong technical background — you don't need to write production code, but you must be able to engage deeply with engineering directors on technical tradeoffs, architecture decisions, and delivery constraints, and be trusted to make judgment calls under ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; proven ability to brief senior leadership (director/VP/CTO level) and tailor message and level of detail to the audience.
  • Proven track record of operating effectively in matrixed, global organizations with distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), container orchestration (Kubernetes), or GitOps (ArgoCD).
  • Experience driving AI, DevEx, developer productivity, or internal platform initiatives at an organizational (not just team) level.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or informally leading other program/project managers and contributing to how a TPM function or PMO operates.
