  • Balanced Technical Agility: Proven track record of orchestrating large-scale strategic roadmaps while retaining the hands-on proficiency to test workflows, configure systems, and troubleshoot data models directly.
  • M&A & Integration Expertise: Demonstrated experience driving complex technology integrations within an M&A, IMO, or large-scale corporate transformation environment.
  • MarTech & Sales Tech Acumen: Deep knowledge and practical implementation experience across core growth platforms, including DAM (Aprimo), PIM (Salsify), CMS (Acquia), CDP, MRM, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) tools.
  • Stakeholder Bridge: Exceptional communication and alignment skills, with proven success translating complex enterprise IT frameworks into agile business solutions for Marketing, Brand, and Sales leaders.
  • Agile Execution: Strong mastery of Agile methodologies to prototype rapidly, iterate integrations, and manage dependencies and risk mitigation effectively.
  • Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with emerging AI-enabled commercial tools, automated brand briefing systems, or Media Asset Management (MAM) platforms.

What will be your key responsibilities
  • End-to-End Project Planning & IMO Enablement: Own the complete project lifecycle for flagship MarTech integration initiatives (Aprimo DAM, Salsify PIM, Acquia CMS), building master roadmaps, resource plans, and structured handovers to BAU teams.
  • Hands-on Delivery & Agile Rollouts: Direct tactical execution by actively participating in system prototyping, environment configuration, workflow testing, and data validation to ensure swift, high-quality deployments.
  • Cross-Functional Commercial Partnership: Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to deploy integrated technology solutions that power omni-channel commercial execution and digital commerce.
  • Global-to-Local Architecture Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge between Global IT and local business units, leveraging Global Snacking frameworks while adapting and right-sizing tools to match the speed and agility of the Accelerator division.
  • Regional & Brand-Specific Tech Initiatives: Drive dedicated business unit technology projects (e.g., Tru Fru's MAM implementation), ensuring regional tools integrate cleanly with global marketing platforms and emerging tech like ODAI.
  • Innovation & Growth Ideation: Lead discovery sessions to identify next-generation digital capabilities (such as AI enablement and automated creative briefing) while evaluating local technology requests against enterprise architecture.
  • Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify architectural bottlenecks, resolve integration dependencies, and maintain fast feedback loops for continuous platform enhancement.
