Sr. Tech Lead - Application Development N
Job DescriptionResponsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Elasticsearch clusters for high availability and scalability.
- Optimize search queries and indexing strategies for performance and relevance.
- Implement data ingestion pipelines to load structured and unstructured data into Elasticsearch.
- Monitor cluster health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and fine-tune settings for optimal performance.
- Implement security, role-based access control, and authentication mechanisms for Elasticsearch.
- Develop and maintain Linux shell scripts for automation of deployments, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
- Set up, configure, and maintain Linux-based environments for Elasticsearch and related applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server performance, disk, and memory issues related to Elasticsearch.
- Strong understanding of Elasticsearch internals, including sharding, indexing, queries, and aggregation performance tuning.
- Experience with optimizing Elasticsearch clusters for high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch security, authentication (e.g., Shield, X-Pack, Open Distro for Elasticsearch).
- Hands-on experience with Kibana, Logstash, Beats, and Elastic Stack for data visualization and monitoring.
- Understanding of Elasticsearch client libraries (Java High-Level REST Client, Spring Data Elasticsearch).
- Exposure to log analysis, monitoring, and alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog).
- Proficiency in Linux system administration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Perl for automating infrastructure tasks.
- Experience with process scheduling, log management, and resource optimization on Linux.
- Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Multi-threading, Concurrency).
- Experience integrating Elasticsearch with Java-based applications.
