Catering is a strategic priority across both Uber for Business and Delivery Operations, with the potential to unlock significant new growth for the Uber Eats marketplace as well as expanding how enterprise customers use Uber.

Working alongside the U4B Head of Catering, you'll play a central role in turning the new product's strategy into scalable execution across the Globa-enabling our Sales organization, building feedback loops across sellers, clients, Product, and Operations, and generating the insights that shape our roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, Operations, and Analytics, you'll help define how Catering scales from a small pilot product into a core part of Uber's business.

  • Operational Program Execution: Support cross-functional initiatives and product launches by driving operational readiness, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring key milestones are delivered.
  • Sales Enablement: Translate product strategy into clear, actionable guidance for our U4B Sales organization through training, playbooks, enablement materials, and ongoing communications.
  • Data & Insights: Build reporting, perform analyses, and generate insights that help evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure strong alignment and execution across initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in project/program management, operations, strategy, analytics, or a related field.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (or a similar query language) with experience using data to support business decisions and performance analysis.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate high-level strategy into scalable programs and operational processes.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating and translating messages to cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • B2B Sales Ops and/or Sales Strategy: Experience with enterprise customer needs, sales enablement, and go-to-market motions.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Comfortability with basic Uber-preferred AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude/Cortana.
  • Ability to Prioritize: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to continuously re-evaluate priorities, balance competing work streams, and drive execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable owning greenfield initiatives, creating processes that have not previously existed, and navigating ambiguity with a bias toward action.
