Abilities: Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and execution discipline with the ability to translate complex AI opportunities into structured business cases, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver clear executive communication in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Experience: 6–10 years in strategy, transformation, operations, consulting, program management, or related roles, with proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives, building business cases, managing portfolios, and working with senior stakeholders
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office(Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee) 25% of the time.

BECAUSE WE CARE, WE OFFER:
The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Compensation Range:
$104,300.00 - $177,800.00
