Abilities: Translate business needs into practical AI solutions; build and optimize workflows, automations, and tools; analyze data and AI outputs; collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams while driving adoption and continuous improvement
Experience: 3–6 years in applied AI, automation, analytics engineering, or internal tools development, with hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows, dashboards, or lightweight applications and working with platforms like ChatGPT, Copilot, APIs, and structured data systems
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office(Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee) 25% of the time.
