Job Location: Seattle, Washington



Position Responsibilities:

Lead the Price Guardians program for Amazon Business, overseeing efforts to protect pricing integrity across the platform. Responsible for designing and implementing both proactive and reactive price protection mechanisms, while utilizing data-driven decision-making to guide strategy. Develop comprehensive project plans using the working backwards methodology, establish clear milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions. Serve as the central Mandate Coordinator, and facilitate knowledge sharing on new mandates, centralize technical assessments, and track execution status across the organization. Partner closely with leaders and stakeholders in Technology, Business, and Operations to drive alignment and achieve program goals. Identify efficiency opportunities, standardize processes, and manage risks associated with pricing incidents.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skills: 1) technical product or program management experience; 2) working with software engineering teams; 3) with project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management; 4) managing products or programs across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules; and 5) defining KPI's and SLA's used to drive businesses and reporting results to senior leadership.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $194,700/year to $263,400/year.
