Full Job Description
About the team and what we'll build together

The Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication is a strategic leader reporting to the AVP, Marketing. This role is the architect of organizational change and cultural adoption across Kobie. You will identify and shepherd major organizational initiatives, from strategic pivots and new capabilities to global expansion, ensuring they're embedded into how we work, communicated with clarity, and realized with intention. Working closely with ELT and cross-functional leaders, you'll move beyond communications to true change enablement, helping teams adopt new ways of working, embedding new capabilities into our culture, and ensuring Kobie evolves intentionally, not by accident. This is a new role at Kobie, and you'll have significant latitude in shaping it. You'll assess what's currently in place, identify gaps and opportunities, and establish the enablement and communications infrastructure that positions Kobie for intentional growth.

How you will make an impact
Organizational Change & Enablement

You will be the architect of organizational change and cultural adoption across Kobie.
  • Work with Leaders to identify emerging organizational initiatives that require thoughtful enablement and cultural adoption, whether that's new team structures, global expansion, or company-wide capability building.
  • Work with the President, ELT and relevant function heads to develop a comprehensive change and enablement strategy.
  • Manage change momentum through to adoption, closing loops, measuring impact, and adjusting as needed.
  • Develop communications that explain not just what is changing, but why it matters to the company, to teams, and to individuals.
Strategic Communications & Organizational Clarity

You will translate executive vision into clear, cascading communications that drive organizational alignment.
  • Partner with the President and ELT on all major announcements-organizational shifts, strategic priorities, new initiatives-to ensure consistency, timing, and impact across the organization.
  • Work with leadership to translate strategy into clear, compelling language that cascades effectively.
  • Develop and oversee our internal communication cadence (all-hands, newsletters, leadership updates) with strategic intentionality, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces organizational priorities and clarity.
  • Support the development of onboarding materials and organizational reference materials that help new and existing teammates understand "how Kobie works" and our values.
Culture & Engagement Strategy

You will set the cultural vision in partnership with leadership and listen deeply to close the gaps between organizational intention and lived experience.
  • Use listening mechanisms-pulse checks, feedback surveys, office hours-to maintain visibility into our culture and identify areas where we can strengthen employee experience.
  • Identify gaps between organizational intention and lived experience, and develop strategies to close them with partnership with leadership.
  • Set the vision for how we foster belonging across all levels and locations.
  • Partner with and amplify the work of employee committees-DE&I, Wellness, and affinity groups-ensuring they have strategic backing, visibility, and resources to drive meaningful cultural outcomes.
Cross-Functional Enablement & Partnerships

You will be a strategic connector, helping leaders across functions understand how their initiatives fit into the bigger organizational picture.
  • Work with HR on employee experience strategy, benefits communication, and organizational listening.
  • Partner with Recruiting on employer brand strategy and candidate experience alignment.
  • Support stakeholders on launching new capabilities or messaging globally, with an eye to why it matters to teammates and implications for how they work.
  • Maintain strategic alignment with marketing leadership on brand consistency and ensuring organizational culture reinforces market positioning.

What you need to be successful
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives
  • Experience working cross-functionally with ELT and function leaders on strategic initiatives
  • Strong writing and communication skills; ability to craft messaging for multiple audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, marketing, change management, communications, HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Who You Are
  • Strategic thinker who sees 2-3 steps ahead-you naturally ask the right questions to prioritize and anticipate impact
  • Change management savvy. You understand organizational psychology, resistance, and how to create conditions for adoption
  • Strong communicator who can distill complexity into clarity for diverse audiences
  • Project continuity mindset-you see things through to completion, not just launch
  • Data-minded: comfortable using surveys, feedback mechanisms, and metrics to inform strategy
  • Natural connector who builds credibility and partnerships across all organizational levels-from ELT to individual contributors
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and ambition-you thrive in a fast-moving, values-driven organization
