The Opportunity The Sr. Manager, M&A Product Integration is accountable for the strategy and execution of integrating acquired companies, products, systems, processes, and data across Adobe's end-to-end business capabilities. This leader will guide integration from planning through execution and value realization, ensuring acquisitions are integrated efficiently, consistently, and at scale.
You will lead a group of Product Integration Managers that works across the full customer lifecycle-from marketing and sales through billing and revenue recognition. Your work will help Adobe integrate acquisitions faster while protecting customer and employee experience.
This is a high-impact role for a leader who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, building strong teams, and creating repeatable ways to scale. You will partner closely with Product, Operations, Finance, Strategy, and Technology leaders to shape integration decisions that align with Adobe's long-term business and technology strategy.
What You'll Do - Lead and develop a team of Product Integration Managers.
- Shape M&A integration strategy from early planning through execution.
- Lead complex integration programs across Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Contracting, Provisioning, Customer Success, Services, Support, Billing, and Revenue Recognition, ensuring seamless business and customer experiences.
- Create strategic roadmaps, decision frameworks, and success measures that keep work focused.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize investments and align on solutions.
- Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and drive clear tradeoff decisions.
- Build practical playbooks that make future acquisitions faster and easier to scale.
- Communicate progress, options, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed - 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Integration, M&A Integration, Enterprise Transformation, or a related field.
- 5+ years of people management experience, with a strong record of mentoring and growing teams.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through delivery.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle processes, data flows, and enterprise platforms.
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear plans, priorities, and decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Knowledge of Agile product practices in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; AI, analytics, or automation experience is a plus.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,900 -- $248,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $171,500 - $248,300
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
