Who is the Sr Account Representative? Overview • Building and maintaining relationships with customers • Growth Acquisition • Manages assigned existing accounts to create strategic plans that enhance reseller go-to-market growth, initiatives, and strategies. • Generates revenue, drives profit and advance market-share by positioning and selling Ingram's products, programs, and services. The Sr Account Owning Representative is a seasoned professional individual contributor. This role involves taking responsibility for results and demonstrating strong leadership skills. Significant projects, programs, and business initiatives are championed using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of less experienced team members and providing guidance in a positive and productive manner are essential aspects of the role. Mentoring and motivating team members to meet and exceed personal and team targets is a key responsibility. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: • Possess excellent communication skills written and verbal required. • Selling skills necessary to identify opportunities, position solutions, and close deals. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility also required. • Moderate knowledge of Excel and Word required. • Ability to: work as a team member, partner effectively with others, multi-task, respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency, prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision. • Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Knowledge of how to design and execute on strategic business plans, establishing and managing detailed action items to drive profitable growth with general supervision. • Ability to work on moderate to complex projects and exercise sound judgement to deliver superior results. You have a dynamic understanding of pipeline management. • Have a strong business acumen, and continually ensure metrics and objectives are obtainable and successfully achieved. • May involve travel up to 10%, which may include international travel. REQUIREMENTS: • A high school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of six years previous sales/customer service experience (preferably in a related industry) or four years of technology or distribution experience in a sales or customer service capacity. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $64,600.00 - $109,900.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range. At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
