WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sr. Funds Transfer Pricing Associate supports the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of funds transfer pricing (FTP) processes for new business development and existing business operations. The role performs moderately complex FTP analysis, supports capital structure and settlement-rate processes, prepares and validates data and reporting outputs, and assists with configuration and enhancement of the FTP module within the asset liability management system. The role collaborates with Treasury, Finance, and Capital Markets to support business planning, pricing analysis, performance reporting, and treasury risk activities while maintaining FTP procedures and supporting documentation.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Support FTP Development and Analytics for New Business Development
    • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of FTP processes for new business operations.
    • Assist with the configuration and testing of the KRM FTP module to accommodate new products, funding structures, pricing assumptions, and reporting requirements.
    • Prepare and maintain business-specific capital structure analyses, input data files, reporting files, and settlement-rate calculations.
    • Validate FTP data and calculation results, research variances, and assist in resolving identified data or system issues.
    • Partner with Treasury, Finance, Capital Markets, and other stakeholders to coordinate assigned FTP requirements and deliverables.
    • Support FTP module upgrades, system testing, and process enhancements.
    • Develop and maintain documentation of methodologies, assumptions, procedures, controls, and system requirements.
    • Respond to ad hoc requests related to FTP analysis and reporting for new business operations.
  • Pricing Analytics and Reporting
    • Perform and validate periodic FTP calculations and related reporting for assigned business areas.
    • Analyze FTP results, pricing trends, funding impacts, and variances to support management review.
    • Prepare FTP estimates and analyses to support business planning, product pricing, and financial performance evaluation.
    • Conduct capital structure and asset-liability analyses to support the evaluation of funding and interest-rate risk considerations.
    • Collaborate with Finance and Capital Markets to provide timely and accurate information for business-line performance reviews, pricing discussions, and management reporting.
    • Communicate analytical findings, assumptions, and identified issues to appropriate stakeholders.
  • HCA Treasury Risk Support
    • Provide backup support for daily, monthly, and other periodic HCA FTP processes and reporting.
    • Perform assigned treasury risk analyses and operational activities needed to support team deliverables.
    • Maintain supporting documentation and controls to promote data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
    • Monitor assigned deliverables and project milestones and communicate potential risks or delays.
    • Serve as a resource to team members regarding assigned FTP processes and procedures.
    • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve reporting, documentation, controls, and workflow efficiency.


Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in funds transfer pricing, asset liability management, treasury, fixed income, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience performing financial modeling, data analysis, pricing analysis, or treasury risk reporting.
  • Experience using SQL, VBA, or comparable tools to extract, analyze, validate, or automate financial data.


Preferred

  • Experience using an asset liability management or funds transfer pricing system, such as KRM or QRM.
  • Experience supporting the configuration, testing, implementation, or enhancement of a financial system or analytical model.
  • Experience within financial services, consumer finance, banking, or another funding-intensive industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Working knowledge of funds transfer pricing, treasury, asset liability management, funding concepts, or financial performance measurement.
  • Ability to analyze moderately complex financial and operational data, validate results, identify variances, and communicate findings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis, and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use SQL, VBA, or comparable analytical tools to support data processing and workflow automation.
  • Ability to document methodologies, assumptions, procedures, controls, and system requirements clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables and project assignments within established deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Capital Markets, Technology, and other functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment when working with financial data, pricing outputs, and management reporting.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
