Global Category Benchmarking: Lead comprehensive benchmarking of Mondelez categories versus the broader food industry, providing competitive context and strategic implications for portfolio and growth decisions. Monthly Global Performance Narrative: Oversee the executive-level narrative for OLT (Operating Leadership Team) Monthly meetings, with deeper dives quarterly during earnings release. AI-Enabled Strategic Intelligence: Partner with I&A Operations and MDS to architect and deploy AI-powered tools and infrastructure for always-on competitive monitoring, automated trend synthesis, and proactive executive alerting.
