What You'll Do- Build and lead a world-class, centralized data science organization, integrating data engineering, analytics, and modeling across Firefly
- Establish consistent instrumentation and a shared benchmark framework across all products
- Implement standardized experimentation and automated, reliable readouts to support rapid learning and product iteration
- Deliver actionable product guidance, not just dashboards-proactively steering roadmap and portfolio choices with clear, data-driven insights
- Own monthly product health reviews and drive weekly business narratives that inform quarterly planning, staffing, and strategic bets
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and finance to guide roadmaps, investment decisions, and financial modeling, ensuring every product choice is grounded in measurable impact
- Lead the development of models that reveal activation, retention, cross-product journeys, and quality signals, enabling deep understanding of user segments and product evolution
- Inspire, hire, and manage a diverse team of Data professionals toward ambitious business objectives
- Define the data science, business analytics, and product analytics vision for Firefly; set the technical roadmap and align it with broader business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally ensure data-driven insights directly inform strategic priorities and product innovation
What You'll Need to Succeed- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience (MS a plus)
- A minimum of eight years of work experience managing analytics teams, working collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams, and guiding data-influenced product and business planning, prioritization and strategy development
- Demonstrated experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics professionals
- Deep expertise working closely with product to support, drive, and validate building both products users love and successful businesses at scale
- Proven ability to influence strategy and lead change through compelling communication of data-driven insights
- Intellectual curiosity, decisiveness, and adaptability in ambiguous, complex environments
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $182,400 -- $397,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $255,500 - $397,250In Washington, the pay range for this position is $244,600 - $380,225
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
