  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment
  • Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance
  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year


Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
  • Position requires 6 years of experience in the following:
    • Technical project management (requirements, scope, risk, timelines)
    • Process design and improvement or Operations management (SLAs, capacity planning, quality control, outsourcing)
    • Stakeholder management and collaboration
    • Structured discovery of customer objectives and quantification of solution value or Consulting and stakeholder needs analysis
    • Systems solutioning (full implementation lifecycle) or Strategy and roadmap development for enterprise systems


About the job

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,650 - $204,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .

Position reports to the Google Seattle, Washington office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership by demonstrating how Google's advertising products and technology can solve their business problems.
  • Identify customer needs by understanding clients' annual and quarterly challenges/goals in collaboration with Sales, assessing and prioritizing where bespoke projects can add value.
  • Develop and implement service plans that leverage Google's resources (e.g. technical support, media campaigns, customer service) to address the client's needs and drive growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for servicing the client, conducting regular check-ins (e,g. Discovery conversation and project debriefs) to ensure their needs are being met.
