Responsibilities

  • Lead design for manufacturing efforts to enhance server/storage designs and quality standards for production.

  • Prepare manufacturing sites for product builds and provide on-site support for defect correction.
  • Establish product quality and reliability goals in collaboration with Product Quality Engineers.
  • Validate and review product qualification plans and test results to confirm product performance.
  • Coordinate the release of New Product Introduction (NPI) BOMs into the Product Data Management system.
  • Perform technical reviews of product changes and assess their impact on the supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design for manufacturing efforts across teams to ensure server/storage designs, process, test, and quality standards are enhanced for production.
  • Lead and guide Subject Matter Experts to ensure the product meets our specifications.
  • Ensure manufacturing sites are prepared for product builds ahead of time. Provide on-site support and lead defect correction efforts post build.
  • Work with the Product Quality Engineer to establish product quality and reliability goals. Validate product qualification plans, support product qualification testing, and review product qualification test results to ensure product performance meets requirements.
  • Coordinate release of New Product Introduction (NPI) Bills of Materials (BOMs) into Product Data Management (PDM) system. Perform technical review of product changes and assess impact on supply chain.
