The Solution Supply Chain Planner ensures efficient end-to-end supply chain execution for projects, from procurement to delivery. This role works closely with project teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to meet timelines, control costs, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Locations: opened to U.S., Canada, amd Mexico Schneider Electric offices. Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule of up to three days in office.
What will you do?- PO Management & Execution: Issue POs with all required documentation, Ensure POs align with contractual/technical requirements, Track PO acknowledgement and confirm supplier commitments. Montior supply progres from order placement through delivery.
- Order Follow-up & Supplier Coordination: Follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines, commitments, and delays, Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and suppliers, Escalate issues (delays, non-compliance, shortages) proactively, Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project manager
- Logistics & Delivery Control: Manage the end-to-end flow from procurement to delivery, Define and track shipment schedules based on supplier commitments, Resolve delivery issues (damages, wrong items, missing materials.
- Spend Tracking & Reporting: Track procurement activities against project budget and logistics costs, Support consolidation of project financial visibility (cost vs plan), Provide data inputs for spend analysis and reporting.
- Risk Management: Identify and highlight logistics and supply chain risks, Contribute to project risk analysis (schedule, supply, cost), Support mitigation actions with project and procurement teams.
- Process Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Optimize procurement + logistics workflows, Improve coordination across stakeholders (PM, procurement, suppliers), Identify opportunities for: Lead time reduction, Cost efficiency, Better supplier performance.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all procurement/logistics documents are complete (Certificates, Shipping invoices, Packing lists, Customs documentation), Maintain audit-ready records aligned with SE policies.
- Stakeholder Communication (Interface daily with): Project Managers, Procurement teams, Suppliers, Logistics & technical teams. Provide clear updates on status, risks, and actions, Support cross-functional alignment during execution.

What qualifications will make you successful?- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or logistics
- Professional Supply Chain Certification (CPSM, ISM)
- Experience working in project or solution environments
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
